📄 ImYan Terms of Use

1. Who can use ImYan. ImYan is a dating service for students of universities in Armenia. Only people aged 18 or older may use it. By signing up, you confirm your age. We hide profiles of minors.

2. Profile. Give truthful information and post only photos of yourself. Every profile is reviewed by a moderator: we check that you are a student, and we may reject or hide a profile that breaks these terms. A new photo in an approved profile appears after review. Profiles and like messages must not contain @usernames, links or phone numbers — contacts are shared once the like is mutual.

3. Rules of conduct. Insults, threats, harassment, spam, advertising, fraud, other people's photos and pretending to be someone else are not allowed. To report someone, tap "Report 🚩" under their profile: in the feed, in "Who liked me", in a Super Like and in matches. After a report, a moderator may send the profile back for review or ban the offender: the account is deleted, and the same Telegram account and student email can't be used to sign up again. To appeal a ban — /feedback.

4. Sparks. Sparks are the bot's in-app currency: Super Like, boost, "Undo", "Who liked me". You buy them with Telegram Stars at 1 Spark = 1 Star, or at a discount with a promo code. Sparks, including those gifted with a promo code, can't be exchanged back for Stars or money. Prices of actions in Sparks may change; Sparks you have already bought are kept.

5. Payment problems and refunds. If Stars were charged but Sparks didn't arrive, within a few minutes the bot will either credit the Sparks or refund the Stars. For any other payment question, write to /paysupport — we'll look into it and refund Stars if needed. If Stars are refunded, the Sparks credited for them are deducted from your balance.

6. Deleting your account. You can delete your account in settings. Your Sparks balance stays with your Telegram ID and comes back if you sign up again.

7. Safety. We are not responsible for other users' behaviour outside the bot. Meet in public places and don't send money to people you met here.

8. Changes. We may update these terms and will let you know in the bot.

Privacy — /privacy. Questions — /feedback, payments — /paysupport.
